The person who'd actually drive it reads your plan and writes back one itemized total. Not an algorithm, not a menu.

the quote lands by email
Your trip day by day, every line priced, one fixed total in USD — with a calendar file so the whole plan drops into your phone.

10% books it
Pay the deposit by card. It's non-refundable — it's what holds your driver and your dates against every other request.

the rest at trip end
The balance is fixed at quote time. You hand it to your driver when the trip is done — cash or bank transfer, no surprises.
how the money works
the number is agreed before you travel. then it stops moving.
Your quote is one total for the whole trip, worked out by the driver who'd actually drive it and sent to you in writing, itemized — the car, the boat, the tickets, the child seat. Anything not listed, you simply pay as you go.
You reserve with a 10% deposit online— Stripe, in USD, card or Apple Pay or Google Pay. The remaining balance is fixed in US dollars at the moment we quote you, and you hand it to your driver at the end of the trip. No meter, no end-of-day awkward maths, no “the price went up because of the traffic.”

You meet your driver on WhatsApp — face, name, license plate, vehicle photo — and they already have your full plan, exactly as you described it. Reply there to shape any part of the day.
